Dear Eagle U,

I was a struggling teenager torn between social and educational obligations before I attended Eagle U. I hardly had a chance of getting into any college let alone be a leader in any circumstance. Eagle U taught me how to build meaningful relationships with family, friends, and business acquaintances. I am now a graduating senior at the University of Saint Thomas looking to apply for my Masters in Business at Stanford next fall. I would recommend Eagle U to anyone seeking success at any stage of their life no matter who and what the circumstances may be. Ask about Eagle U; and you shall receive success!!

Sincerely,
Sean Filson

Dear Eagle U,

My name is Amanda Nelson, I live in Tampa, FL, and am a sophomore.Determinedly, I signed up for an audition to be in a play for the Thespians club at my school. Instead of being nervous, I realized I had nothing to lose, and gave it my all (projecting a 10 all the while!) Anyway, I got the part, my very first, and I couldn't be more excited.

Thanks so much!
Amanda Nelson

Dear Eagle U,

Life is so great right now. I'm a senior in high school so the college and scholarship applications can be overwhelming. but I feel like I really know what I'm doing. My mirror is COVERED with my favorite quotes and goals that I repeat to myself every morning. I can't tell you what a difference it makes in my day. I feel great from the very beginning. Every night before I go to bed I write down specific things I will do the next day and little goals I've made for myself like no gossiping or asking or answering at least 2 questions in every class. Then I keep the paper in my pocket and read it throughout the day. At the beginning of the year one of my goals was always to meet at least one new person. It has made this year so much fun! I've met so many fun people! I feel like I can do anything. I'm taking a pretty full schedule this year, AP English and AP European History are the most difficult, but I pulled off a 4.0 last quarter no sweat! I swear I've never had so much to do with so much time left over. I was chosen to be a Peer Leadership Team Captain which was one of my goals and I made The Division for Youth Services Advisory Board, I was Sterling Scholar Nominee for music, and a couple of friends and I just organized a Christmas Program which we perform in several local nursing homes. It's so amazing what you can accomplish when you aim high. I am so happy. I can't imagine what this year would have been like without the things that I learned at Eagle U. The affect everything I do! Thank you.

Sincerely,
Aubrey Eldredge

Eagle U Team,

My name is Joshua Gorelick, an Eagle U graduate. I just wanted to let you guys know what you have done for me. After I left eagle, I turned my life around. After high school, I went onto a small satellite campus of the Pennsylvania state university. My grades still weren't good enough to make it into the main campus. The adjustment was hard, as my first semester grades showed, but when I got back from winter break, I sat down and looked at the notes I took at Eagle, and essentially re-taught myself the program. It worked, during the spring semester, I brought my G.P.A. up from a 2.1 to a 3.7. I now am starting my first semester up at the main campus. I owe it all to what I learned at Eagle U. Thank You so much, it has done so much for me already, and I know it will in the Future!

Dear Eagle U,

I had a great semester, and I want to let you know that Eagle U changed my life. I attended the program in Malibu, CA this past summer, and I became more focused on what I want to do with my life. I made it my goal to transfer to Wake Forest University, and I worked on that throughout this fall. Well, the hard work paid off- I was accepted to Wake Forest for this spring! I've used techniques from Eagle U to boost my self-confidence. Whenever I say something about self-esteem or how to work towards the future, my friends always ask me if it was something I learned at Eagle U. I guess I talk about the program so much that I have some friends who are interested in attending as well. How do I get them into the program? Is there a number for them to call? Eagle U had such a great impact on me, and I would like my friends to have the opportunity that I had. Thanks so much!! By the way, I like the Eagle Boosters that you send out. They help me to keep in mind the things I learned this summer.

Yours truly,
Meghan Stenvall

Dear Eagle U!

I am a senior in high school this year, and after attending Eagle U, it took up the challenge of researching colleges my sophomore year, and even a few my freshman year. And boy, has it paid off! I was accepted to 6 out of my 10 total schools, among them being Yale, Northwestern, Boston University, and Sarah Lawrence College. Yale's acceptance rate this year was 14%!! I feel honored. I will be attending Yale next fall...thank you.

Sincerely,
Ben Evans, CheWelah, WA

Dear Eagle U,

I thought I might blow my horn a little about my son's success in his college applications. My son, Tyler Norsted, Eagle U. grad. - summer 1999 - did great on his applications, gaining acceptances for all five colleges to which he applied, including his “stretch” choices. He also was offered merit scholarships at four of the five, and after a tough decision process, selected St. Olaf College in Minnesota as his home for future study. He credits Eagle U. for honing his interview techniques, study skills and self confidence in going through this challenging process.

Thanks,
Dr. Hugh Norsted

Dear Eagle U,

...we would like to thank you for the wonderful experience you provided for our children, Joe and Kristin, at Pepperdine a few weeks ago. They had a fantastic time and could hardly wait to get started on implementing their Action Plan. We were amazed at the level of enthusiasm they had, and felt the program far exceeded our expectations. Hopefully, through continued contact with you, their mentors and others they met at Eagle U, they will continue to work towards a successful life plan.

I know they would both like to attend a future session, and Kristin is even talking about applying to be a team leader, which I never would have expected before she went It was truly a wonderful experience for both of them. Thank you again.

Sincerely,
Becky & Dave Robinson

Dear Eagle U,

My name Is Brent Richardson and just this past week I attended Eagle U. Wow! What a difference it has already made in my life. I came back home and my parents immediately noticed a positive change in me. I wanted to thank you for talking with me on telephone a few months back and getting me motivated and interested in Eagle U. I also wanted to thank you for your hard work and dedication that you put into Eagle U to make a successful program for everyone. Good job! ...

Thanks again and sincerely yours,
Brent Richardson.

Dear Eagle U,

What is more important than investing in the life of your child? This was the question my husband and I asked after learning of the Eagle U opportunity for students...

There were reservations concerning what our son would get in return for the money we would spend; however, the testimonials from other students and parents provided substantial encouragement.

Our son, John, had been struggling through his junior year in high school with self-confidence and a lack of vision for his life. John is very bright and creative, but he seemed so unhappy. We wanted to provide him with an opportunity that would help give him direction and passion to excel in college and in his career.

We have not been disappointed with the results of your program ! When John arrived home, I asked him what was most beneficial to him about attending Eagle U. His answer was "I'm happy with who I am." What a difference we have seen in him! He is relaxed and self-confident. He has a vision for his life, he has learned to set goals, and he is self-motivated. Most of all, he is happy. And so are his parents for making the decision to send him to Eagle U.

Thank you and may God bless you,
Marti Colvin

Dear Eagle U,

Sessions at Eagle U were the most precious gifts I've given my high school and college-aged daughters. Eagle U filled the gap between what my girls don't learn in school and what they won't learn from their mom and dad. I was amazed at how this power-packed program so positively influenced them. The skills they acquired during their visits (Debra attended twice) will be with them for a lifetime. I wish I had known about Eagle U years ago.

Dear Eagle U,

I get the Eagle U boosters and I think they're great. As a mom who encouraged my son to attend Eagle U in Toronto in June 1999, I can say it was a great experience for him. Since then, he quit smoking cigarettes (it was a goal), he moved into his own apartment (a goal not to live at home), got a $2/hour raise because he deserved it & knew how to ask for it, was given more responsibility in his job and has an overall positive attitude about life I believe his experience at Eagle U helped him focus on taking a more personal responsibility on where he wants to go in life. Eagle U is a great opportunity and a good investment; I encourage everyone I know with a high school or college age student to consider this wonderful learning experience.

Dear Eagle U,

I'm doing great! I started high school two weeks ago and had the opportunity to run for student's council. I am now one of only two grade 9's elected by our peers to the council. It's given me a great outlet for energy and an opportunity to meet new people and be a leader in the school. (Plus I'm allowed into the student's council room, which is pretty cool)

I can't even to begin to describe how much Eagle U has changed my life. I had such an amazing time there and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't thinic of something or someone who touched my life in the time I spent there. The thing that affected me most I think were the people We came from all over the continent and in those four days developed friendships that could very possibly last a lifetime! What I realized at Eagle U was that there are great people out there and that if you eliminate the turkeys m your hfe (or at least minimize the amount of time you spend with them ) you will begin to feel as though you CAN take off and soar!!

I am definitely interested in coming back next year, but this time I'm hoping to convince some of my friends to go! I just want to tell you how much I loved the program! Thanks for the Eagle Boosters, they are such a support!

Talk to you soon! Keep me posted!

Dear Eagle U team,

Today opportunity knocked and I answered the door.

Yesterday at the hotel/restaurant I work at, I waited on the secretary of my newest mentor. I took that opportunity to ask her if I could speak with Mark Walsh, the owner of Ocean Properties Ltd. and many pieces of real estate. She said he is very busy, (he flies on his own jet all across the country) but tomorrow she could arrange something.

Well, tomorrow came and the interview was a success! He was so happy to speak with me. A tip for anyone nervous about interviewing... as was I... remember "I am a 10". Mr. Walsh described his job to me and told me how to get into the field. He also told me that he is planning on doing about two more deals this year and that he would keep me in mind because he would love to help me get my feet wet. I would love to share the knowledge that I've learned at Eagle U with other's seeking it. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Sincerely,
Andrew Bernstein
