Background and History

Eagle “U” was developed in 1992 by Walter Hailey in an effort to provide teens and young adults with the same training principles that were taught at his marketing seminars for dentists and other business professionals. As part of Planned Marketing Associates, Eagle “U” was designed to give students a “seven year career head start” by learning the tools and systems of successful people at an early age.

In May 2006, Eagle “U” underwent a change of ownership from Planned Marketing Associates to Eagle Solutions Corporation. Eagle Solutions Corporation is owned and operated by Richelle Braun, former Director of Eagle “U” under Planned Marketing Associates.

In the current season, Eagle “U” is thriving, providing the same tools and systems to students nationwide that were presented by Walter Hailey almost twenty years ago. Walter Hailey’s legacy continues as thousands of students graduate from Eagle “U” with self-confidence, courage, and the tools to follow their dreams.
